Christian becomes Muslim!

Well, a few days ago I met a girl. Her name is Johanna Walker and she is from West Virgina , USA. Talking with her, I came to know that recently she has converted to Islam from Christianity. She told me her story that how she found the truth. It was really nice. I thought , why not put this on my blog and let people know? She didn't have any problem publishing her story for seeking truth here. So I am gonna copy paste her words exactly here. Starts from below ;

All my family is Christian, expect for me, my sister, and mother. They all converted with me.. I was raised in a Christian family, I went to church from the time I was a very young child. I didn't understand much of it, I was just told that you'll go to hell if you didn't pray and go to church.. That scared me so much, so I was a Christian out of fear. My family always got on to me for liking certain movies, music, etc. they hardly gave me any freedom. When I got a little older, maybe around 8-9, I decided to leave Christianity, my family lost their minds.. I went though so many religions. Even pagan ones! For so long I was lost and confused. I tried so many things but none of them felt right... For a long time, I didn't have a religion. I just didn't care at that point, i was lost. I stopped looking for religions around age 10-11. My family knew I wasn't Christian at that time, I guess they just lost hope in me. I've always loved middle eastern culture, I heard about Islam years before I converted. I didn't know much about it, I just knew it was widely practiced in the Middle East. My family, as I said before, was anti Islam and thought Muslims were terrorists. I knew that wasn't true and I stood up for Muslims. Then last year, I learned about the Palestinian struggle. I looked more into Islam and started to talk to Muslims living in Palestine. They told me about their beautiful religion and I loved it. I started to read more about Islam, and the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh.) i knew I wanted to convert then, but I kept it a secret from my mother. She is now Muslim.. She wasn't anti Islam at all, I just thought she would think it was a phase. Months after knowing what I wanted to do, I told my mother, and she was very happy for me. My friends in Gaza helped me understand Islam, they helped me see the truth. My sister, who is Muslim too, told our Christian grandmother what we did. Thank Allah she was so accepting. I was so afraid she was going to be upset, but she wasn't.. I finally convert

My views on homosexuality

Which word does suit the most for homosexuality? Unnatural.

After approving the legality of same sex marriage in USA, this has become the hottest news on the Internet. Supreme Court of America ruled in favor of same sex marriage which was banned constitutionally in states. Because people can do whatever they want to. But do we let people do whatever they want to do? Is there no guidance? Or is it because if two same sex people marry each other, you literally do not have any problem? If that's so, then you're not supposed to have problems when people kill another person, it doesn't bother you as you are not effected. As you support homosexuality, then maybe you shouldn't have any problem when there will be sexual relation between brother sister. Just like the atheist Dr. Lawrence M.
Krauss who said , "there is nothing wrong with a brother and sister engaged in a sexual relationship if they use contraption." Since, its not harming anyone. I guess we have to promote incest as well now, huh? Or how about human and animal marriage?

Let's see what medical science tells about homosexuality.

AIDS Rate 50 Times Higher in Homosexual Men: Center for
Disease Control

Men who have sex with men are at increased risk of contracting HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, as well as other sexually transmitted infections, including gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis. - famous Internet clinic, mayo clinic.

According to UNAIDS, HIV is more common among gay and bisexual men than adults in general in all areas of the world, even Africa. In North America, an estimated 15 percent of gay and bisexual men are infected with HIV; the rate is the
highest, 25 percent, in the Caribbean.

In the United States, HIV disease was first described in 1981 among 2 groups, one in San Francisco and the other in New
York City. Numerous young homosexual men presented with opportunistic infections that, at the time, were typically
associated with severe immune deficiency: Pneumocystis pneumonia (PCP) and aggressive Kaposi sarcoma.

The United States currently prohibits men who have sex with men from donating blood "because they are, as a group, at increased risk for HIV, hepatitis B and certain other infections that can be transmitted by transfusion.

Homosexual people can't donate blood in United Kingdom too. http://www.blood.co.uk/can-i-give-blood/exclusion/

Another study presented at the AIDS conference -- based on interviews with nearly 2,500 bisexual men by the San
Francisco Department of Health -- shows that 14% of men who have sex with men also has sex with women. But the
stud , led by Willi McFarland, MD, PhD, suggests that these men may have fewer risk behaviors than exclusively homosexual men.

The first international conference about AIDS took place in India. and Dr. Michael Mercen – he was the person who headed it. He was from WHO… World Health Organisation. At that time he said… ‘There were about eleven million cases of AIDS detected – out of which 1.6 is present in India, and at the end of the century, there will be 40 million cases of AIDS in the world… out of which 11 million will be in India’. More than 25% will be in India
and he said that… ‘Within 5 years time, the next 5 years, there is doubtful of any cure’. No one will know how to cure this – Best is – Prevention… Prevention is better
than cure’ – and the reason for this AIDS he gave as – one is homosexuality, other is hetrosexuality, unsafe sex, that is Adultery, 3rd is using needles for drugs, blood transfusion, etc., and fourth is associated with Alcoholism.

All these information support that people who are homosexual have higher possibility of getting infected by AIDS.

Why alcohol should be banned

This is a very controversial topic. Should alcohol be banned? Why do some people want it to be banned and why do some people don't want it to be banned? Does it have any good or bad effects?

Asking some alcohol drinkers, I got the answer that they don't drink alcohol for any particular reason, it is only for fun, and it helps them forgetting frustrations and brings happiness. So these are the good sides of alcohol in their life.

Let's see the bad effects of alcohol in everyday life. Firstly, it gives people temporary false happiness and it controls people consuming them in alcoholic imaginary world. Alcohol should be banned because it is not something that
is basic right of people. It is self destructive drink. One may say, it is upon the person what chooses. If we go by this
logic, then suicide should be legal as it is only upon the person. But why suicide is illegal? Alcohol and suicide both are destructive. In fact,  alcohol is much more dangerous than suicide. If a person commits suicide, then it is only him who's going to be dead, here for his suicide, nobody else is going to be influenced. But a person who drinks alcohol causes problems for himself for sure but also for society. Each year 11000 people are killed only from USA from alcohol related car accidents. 2.5 million people die every year worldwide due to alcoholic diseases. Inebriated can kill someone very easily, they can damage people's property and assault sexually. Alcohol is one of the biggest reasons for sexual violence or harassment. Rape and murder are done under the influence of alcohol. There is no benefit of alcohol, it is not useful at all. Some say alcohol helps them having good time. But do they need to be drunk to have good time? For having their good time,  they create serious problems for society and it's people. The alcohol drinkers are facing problems like drunk driving accidents, liver failure. Long term of drinking leads them to cancer, and then death. Alcohol alters the mind of a person which can cause such individual to take actions which they would not take otherwise. Psychological studies have shown that a large number of children coming from alcohol abuse families face problems like loneliness, guilt, fear of abandonment, feeling of helplessness. In extreme, it can cause hallucinations, confusion, seizure, fever, agitation and anxiety. Alcohol causes problems in your relationship. A big number of divorce is only for alcohol.

So,  alcohol does cause problems for the people who are around you. It is government's responsibility to protect the citizens from bad things,  this is why alcohol should be banned. If alcohol isn't forbidden, then suicide shouldn't be illegal either.
