This is a very controversial topic. Should alcohol be banned? Why do some people want it to be banned and why do some people don't want it to be banned? Does it have any good or bad effects?
Asking some alcohol drinkers, I got the answer that they don't drink alcohol for any particular reason, it is only for fun, and it helps them forgetting frustrations and brings happiness. So these are the good sides of alcohol in their life.
Let's see the bad effects of alcohol in everyday life. Firstly, it gives people temporary false happiness and it controls people consuming them in alcoholic imaginary world. Alcohol should be banned because it is not something that is basic right of people. It is self destructive drink. One may say, it is upon the person what chooses. If we go by this logic, then suicide should be legal as it is only upon the person. But why suicide is illegal?
