Christian becomes Muslim!

Well, a few days ago I met a girl. Her name is Johanna Walker and she is from West Virgina , USA. Talking with her, I came to know that recently she has converted to Islam from Christianity. She told me her story that how she found the truth. It was really nice. I thought , why not put this on my blog and let people know? She didn't have any problem publishing her story for seeking truth here. So I am gonna copy paste her words exactly here. Starts from below ;

All my family is Christian, expect for me, my sister, and mother. They all converted with me.. I was raised in a Christian family, I went to church from the time I was a very young child. I didn't understand much of it, I was just told that you'll go to hell if you didn't pray and go to church.. That scared me so much, so I was a Christian out of fear. My family always got on to me for liking certain movies, music, etc. they hardly gave me any freedom. When I got a little older, maybe around 8-9, I decided to leave Christianity, my family lost their minds.. I went though so many religions. Even pagan ones! For so long I was lost and confused. I tried so many things but none of them felt right... For a long time, I didn't have a religion. I just didn't care at that point, i was lost. I stopped looking for religions around age 10-11. My family knew I wasn't Christian at that time, I guess they just lost hope in me. I've always loved middle eastern culture, I heard about Islam years before I converted. I didn't know much about it, I just knew it was widely practiced in the Middle East. My family, as I said before, was anti Islam and thought Muslims were terrorists. I knew that wasn't true and I stood up for Muslims. Then last year, I learned about the Palestinian struggle. I looked more into Islam and started to talk to Muslims living in Palestine. They told me about their beautiful religion and I loved it. I started to read more about Islam, and the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh.) i knew I wanted to convert then, but I kept it a secret from my mother. She is now Muslim.. She wasn't anti Islam at all, I just thought she would think it was a phase. Months after knowing what I wanted to do, I told my mother, and she was very happy for me. My friends in Gaza helped me understand Islam, they helped me see the truth. My sister, who is Muslim too, told our Christian grandmother what we did. Thank Allah she was so accepting. I was so afraid she was going to be upset, but she wasn't.. I finally convert

My views on homosexuality

Which word does suit the most for homosexuality? Unnatural.

After approving the legality of same sex marriage in USA, this has become the hottest news on the Internet. Supreme Court of America ruled in favor of same sex marriage which was banned constitutionally in states. Because people can do whatever they want to. But do we let people do whatever they want to do? Is there no guidance? Or is it because if two same sex people marry each other, you literally do not have any problem? If that's so, then you're not supposed to have problems when people kill another person, it doesn't bother you as you are not effected. As you support homosexuality, then maybe you shouldn't have any problem when there will be sexual relation between brother sister. Just like the atheist Dr. Lawrence M.
Krauss who said , "there is nothing wrong with a brother and sister engaged in a sexual relationship if they use contraption." Since, its not harming anyone. I guess we have to promote incest as well now, huh? Or how about human and animal marriage?

Let's see what medical science tells about homosexuality.

AIDS Rate 50 Times Higher in Homosexual Men: Center for
Disease Control

Men who have sex with men are at increased risk of contracting HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, as well as other sexually transmitted infections, including gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis. - famous Internet clinic, mayo clinic.

According to UNAIDS, HIV is more common among gay and bisexual men than adults in general in all areas of the world, even Africa. In North America, an estimated 15 percent of gay and bisexual men are infected with HIV; the rate is the
highest, 25 percent, in the Caribbean.

In the United States, HIV disease was first described in 1981 among 2 groups, one in San Francisco and the other in New
York City. Numerous young homosexual men presented with opportunistic infections that, at the time, were typically
associated with severe immune deficiency: Pneumocystis pneumonia (PCP) and aggressive Kaposi sarcoma.

The United States currently prohibits men who have sex with men from donating blood "because they are, as a group, at increased risk for HIV, hepatitis B and certain other infections that can be transmitted by transfusion.

Homosexual people can't donate blood in United Kingdom too. http://www.blood.co.uk/can-i-give-blood/exclusion/

Another study presented at the AIDS conference -- based on interviews with nearly 2,500 bisexual men by the San
Francisco Department of Health -- shows that 14% of men who have sex with men also has sex with women. But the
stud , led by Willi McFarland, MD, PhD, suggests that these men may have fewer risk behaviors than exclusively homosexual men.

The first international conference about AIDS took place in India. and Dr. Michael Mercen – he was the person who headed it. He was from WHO… World Health Organisation. At that time he said… ‘There were about eleven million cases of AIDS detected – out of which 1.6 is present in India, and at the end of the century, there will be 40 million cases of AIDS in the world… out of which 11 million will be in India’. More than 25% will be in India
and he said that… ‘Within 5 years time, the next 5 years, there is doubtful of any cure’. No one will know how to cure this – Best is – Prevention… Prevention is better
than cure’ – and the reason for this AIDS he gave as – one is homosexuality, other is hetrosexuality, unsafe sex, that is Adultery, 3rd is using needles for drugs, blood transfusion, etc., and fourth is associated with Alcoholism.

All these information support that people who are homosexual have higher possibility of getting infected by AIDS.

But, we are thankful to India

India, a neighboring country of Bangladesh. The relationship between these two countries has always been expected to be good as India helped Bangladesh gaining it's independence against Pakistan in 1971. Bangladesh government and Bangladeshi citizens are always grateful towards Indian government as they came forwarded in bad time of Bangladeshis.

Why alcohol should be banned

This is a very controversial topic. Should alcohol be banned? Why do some people want it to be banned and why do some people don't want it to be banned? Does it have any good or bad effects?

Asking some alcohol drinkers, I got the answer that they don't drink alcohol for any particular reason, it is only for fun, and it helps them forgetting frustrations and brings happiness. So these are the good sides of alcohol in their life.

Let's see the bad effects of alcohol in everyday life. Firstly, it gives people temporary false happiness and it controls people consuming them in alcoholic imaginary world. Alcohol should be banned because it is not something that
is basic right of people. It is self destructive drink. One may say, it is upon the person what chooses. If we go by this
logic, then suicide should be legal as it is only upon the person. But why suicide is illegal? Alcohol and suicide both are destructive. In fact,  alcohol is much more dangerous than suicide. If a person commits suicide, then it is only him who's going to be dead, here for his suicide, nobody else is going to be influenced. But a person who drinks alcohol causes problems for himself for sure but also for society. Each year 11000 people are killed only from USA from alcohol related car accidents. 2.5 million people die every year worldwide due to alcoholic diseases. Inebriated can kill someone very easily, they can damage people's property and assault sexually. Alcohol is one of the biggest reasons for sexual violence or harassment. Rape and murder are done under the influence of alcohol. There is no benefit of alcohol, it is not useful at all. Some say alcohol helps them having good time. But do they need to be drunk to have good time? For having their good time,  they create serious problems for society and it's people. The alcohol drinkers are facing problems like drunk driving accidents, liver failure. Long term of drinking leads them to cancer, and then death. Alcohol alters the mind of a person which can cause such individual to take actions which they would not take otherwise. Psychological studies have shown that a large number of children coming from alcohol abuse families face problems like loneliness, guilt, fear of abandonment, feeling of helplessness. In extreme, it can cause hallucinations, confusion, seizure, fever, agitation and anxiety. Alcohol causes problems in your relationship. A big number of divorce is only for alcohol.

So,  alcohol does cause problems for the people who are around you. It is government's responsibility to protect the citizens from bad things,  this is why alcohol should be banned. If alcohol isn't forbidden, then suicide shouldn't be illegal either.

Sexual violence and clothing

Sexual violence and clothing. The title could've been Does clothing have any influence for sexual violence or is clothing a reason for sexual violence?

What do we understand by sexual violence? Sexual violence is any sexual act or attempt to obtain a sexual act by violence or coercion , unwanted sexual
comments or advances, acts to traffic a person or acts directed against a person's sexuality , regardless of the
relationship to the victim - this is what the Wikipedia says. Let's get back to our main point. Sexual violence has been a traumatic and horrific experience for the girls or women. This way the notorious people cause mental tortures. It strongly harms and can leave psychological scars for them which is hard to overcome. I want to stat that girls or women are not responsible at all for this teasing. It is the evil deed by the lecherous males. If anyone has to be blamed,  then the males are to be blamed.

As we all know,  today's world is very dangerous place. The proportion of bad people is higher than the good people,  so there are bad people around us. What do we do to be secure? We abide by some restrictions and hope that nothing bad happens to us. For example, your computer may get affected by virus and for this problem you are using an anti-virus,  here the anti-virus is a shield or slope. As it was mentioned previously, women have no fault for such activities, but they can still prevent it, they can take steps which can decrease the possibility of occurring such hateful thing. Clothing doesn't cause sexual violence but it definitely has an impact for such thing. Clothing can be a shield as the anti-virus for computer. The eye catching dresses often invite the evil people to commit this. Women who wear dresses which expose their body more have the more possibility of getting harassed. An example can describe this nicely,  let's assume two girls are walking on a street and there are some lecherous males. One of the two girls is wearing a dress which exposes her body more than the girl who puts on a dress which covers her body. Now the question is,  which girl has the most probability of getting teased? About one hundred persons were asked this question and eighty of them answered that the girl who puts on a dress that exposes her body has the highest probability of facing harassment by the lecherous males from the street. One may come up with a question that what about the girls who cover their body and still experiencing this? It is indeed a very good question. There are some kind of stalkers, such one,  one kind of stalkers will do it regardless the dress of the victims. And another type of stalker is not much aggressive as the stalkers who commit this regardless of victim's clothing. This kind of stalkers only commit when they find sexual appealing from the opposite gender. Another example for this is, One,  when a tiger is hungry, it kills whatever it finds, even human being. Two, when the tiger is not hungry, but an injured deer passes by, it just bites its neck and keeps it for the dinner. So, if a woman is well dressed, which is not sexually appealed has least chance of getting harassed by a man who has no intensity of teasing her until he found her appealing and breaks the bars inside his mind. Women without gentle dresses are kinda injured deer which makes tiger attack immediately it sees it. Now if you are not going to accept this fact, you are going to tag me as a subordinator of women, I am disrespecting women and comparing her to food or whatever. You should also understand the fact that how I respected women by comparing her to human being and deer, where I compared men with tiger, which is predator. Now you can say that I said men are strong and women are week, in fact its true, men are stronger than women and men do more violence than  women, but women should get conscious about this fact and prevent men from doing these kinda violence.

Some may say that it degrades women or it makes women subordinate to men,  which isn't true. It is a cautiousness. Women have the freedom to wear dresses by their wishes but they have to keep in mind that what can cause her dress. Let's assume,  a territory called X is filled up with all the criminals and it is in beside your home territory. So obviously you will ignore the place,  or skip the area to go somewhere, because you know bad things may happen there,  but you do have the freedom to go anywhere in your country,  you're a citizen and you have the right but still you will avoid the place. May I ask, what is is the reason? In fear that you can get into trouble and you don't want it to happen. Same way,  you know you have the freedom to wear clothes but you also know often clothes invites evil people committing such hateful activities.

It is also observed that countries in which women wear dresses which expose their body have the higher rate of sexual harassment than the countries where women cover themselves. So,  if women wear decent dresses,  then there definitely will be a downfall of sexual violence.

A Beautiful Dream

Being wordless sitting in front of the computer really doesn't make sense. I also don't know what should I write and but the thoughts of writings are enormous. As I have decided the post's title name to be A beautiful dream, then I guess I should write something regarding the "dream" fact of people.

People dream , because they love to dream. They dream when they sleep. They make their dreamy imaginary world during their sleep. Maybe this is why some(or most?!) people love to sleep? sshhs! Let's not get carried away the real world! So people dream because they want their life to be like the life they lead in their dream. Sometimes a dream doesn't literally mean the time of sleeping. People run after their dream to catch it , to achieve it and when they succeed ,their joy really knows no bound. A person who has succeeded achieving his dream is probably the happiest man.

However , did we ever ask ourselves how many people are getting the "chance" to dream even? Oh! now you are thinking, has this writer gone mad or something? Dreaming doesn't cost anything so why do they need a chance? But life is cruel. if you are from some first world country, then by now you must be thinking I am idle gossiping. Probably you have no idea what people deal with. The only way people can make their dream come true is Education. Education is a basic right for everyone , but in a third world country like Bangladesh, it has become chance to its people. Here many children don't get to study because of their inability and financial support. They start working at the age when they are supposed to dream , when they should be going to school with heart full of joy and happiness. In this age, still a big number of parents think that if their children start working instead of learning at school, it will be better for them , they still live in the time of darkness and being obscured of their future. If a ten years-old boy from USA is asked what does he want to be in his life, then he'll answer either doctor or engineer within a blinking, but a ten years-old boy from Bangladesh doesn't know what will tomorrow be like for him, let alone his aim or wishes.

Leaving these not school going children behind, the country actually can't go far. They will become a burden on shoulder if they don't ripe for the time and the race.Government should make sure that there is at least one school in every village and let them dream a beautiful dream.

Bangladesh vs Pakistan 3rd ODI review

As Bangladesh carried their world cup momentum in the first two ODI, they didn't have to struggle for their win.The Dan cake 3rd ODI was no difference than the first two. Pakistani batsman Azhar Ali winning the toss elected to bat first as he wanted his team at least one single match of the series. To write their fate newly, they excluded three players from their team and included anew three in a hope that if they could give them some boost. The debut player Aslam gave Pakistan a flying start along with the captain Azhar Ali. At a point , it seemed to be that Pakistan were heading for 330. But all credit to the Bangladeshi bowlers, they kept them tight and bowled in a good length and line what caused break-through for them.Pakistan 203-2 in 39th over looked like they're gonna make a big total. But there Bangladeshi bowlers started their storm.Pakistani batsman got all out for 47 runs, Bangladeshi bowlers picked up 8 wickets which was a turning point of the match. They made a total of 250.

In the reply, Bangl;adeshi batsman Tamim and Soumya started the innings, from the first ball of the innings they played sensibly with confidence with aggression and tactics.Pakistani bowlers were looked toothless and they lost the rein of the match. Tamim got out scoring 64 on the other hand Soumya kept going strong. In form Mahmudullah didn't get runs this series and he got out poorly in third ODI also. Along with Mushfiqur Rahim , Soumya thrashed all the Pakistani bowlers and snatched the win from them scoring a brilliant 127*

With this win , Bangladesh whitewashed aka Bangla washed the pakistan team for the first team in history.
